Boarding Conditions

A minimum 10 day charge applies for Dec-Jan.
We require a 10% deposit for all Dec-Jan bookings.
Boarding fees are required to be paid in full by 31st October.

Customers will be charged for the original booking duration regardless of early pickup. 

​

We recommend holiday bookings are made at least 2-3 months prior to required boarding days to secure a place and avoid disappointment.
Christmas bookings should be made at least 6-8 months prior to the required booking dates, this will avoid missing out on securing your booking during such a busy period.
May you need to alter your booking or cancel please do so within 14 days of your booking dates.


During December to January our kennels operate at peak occupancy, so reception will be closed to allow us to focus on the care and comfort of our 4 legged friends.

Please note that for all public holiday's a surcharge of $5 will apply on dates 25/12, 26/12, 01/01
For any cancellations made during this holiday period we require at least 14 days notice for a full refund.
Any cancellations made with less than 14 days notice will result in only half of your deposit refunded.

Payments

BOARDING RATES ARE CHARGED PER DAY (GST & food inclusive) - minimum two-day charge applies

*Boarding rates are subject to change without notice. 10% deposits are required for all bookings. Boarding fees need to be paid with bookings during Dec-Jan. 

Please note that payments for Dec-Jan bookings must be made upfront, and a minimum 10-day booking applies. 
Any bookings on public holiday weekends will be charged at our peak rate


PAYMENT CAN BE MADE ONLINE, CASH OR EFTPOS ONLY

We will accept CASH or EFTPOS ONLY from 1 February 2013. This measure is being implemented to maintain competitive boarding rates.
Thank you for your understanding.

Vaccinations

All pets must be vaccinated at least 10 days prior to boarding. It is important that your pet's vaccinations are kept up to date.

Required vaccinations are:
•  C5 for dogs (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza, Bordatella)
•  F3 for cats (Cat Distemper, Cat Flu, Feline Leukemia)

Proof of current vaccinations must be shown.

A once in 3-year vaccination is now available from Vet clinics, which we accept. The kennel cough vaccination (nasal spray) must however still be given annually

•  10% deposit required for all bookings

Peak (All Public Holiday Weekends)
•  Minimum 10 day charge applies (for Dec-Jan only).
•  Boarding fees need to be paid up front with bookings during Dec-Jan.

Cancellation policy

December to January Holiday Peak Period

Full payment for booked accommodation dates is required up-front at time of booking. 

 

Cancellations must be made in writing 30 days prior to commencement of booking for a full refund to be issued (provided as a cheque to the Payee). 

 

Cancellations after this time are strictly non-refundable. Extreme circumstances may be considered for a full or partial refund on a case-by-case basis.

A 10 day minimum charge applies to this period.  In addition, the full booking dates will be charged regardless of early pickup unless providing 24 hours notice of early pick up.

​

Bookings over 14 days require a minimum 10% payment on the day of booking, with the remainder to be paid on drop off.

​

Bookings under 14 days require a 10% deposit – payment is required when dropping off.

​

For all non peak period bookings a full refund will be processed if you have given at least 14 days minimum notice 

​

For any requests to pick your pets up 1-2 days early please note you must give at least 24 hours notice. If you provide 24 hours notice we will add a credit onto your account for the days not used for future bookings. If you prefer a refund for the days not used if you have given 24 hours notice we will refund you however you will be charged with an admin fee of $15.

 

As a courtesy please call us on 03 9796 8223 to cancel your booking so that we are aware of the change.

Service includes:
•  brushing
•  bathing
•  blow dry
•  clipping and scissoring
•  nail trimming
•  hock and feet trim
•  ear care
Our grooming policy is to place your pet's feelings first and to do our job humanely and safely.
We DO NOT sedate pets, we love them and will not hurt them.

Training

We use positive reinforcement and motivational training methods.

Pick up/Delivery

Unfortunately, we do not offer pick-up and/or delivery for your pet.
However, this is a service we are wanting to offer in the future. If adding a pickup/drop-off service would be beneficial for you please let our staff know.
